Job summary

UNFI in Green Bay, WI is seeking motivated full-time warehouse associates to support our distribution center operations. You will pull customer orders from shelves, prepare items for shipment, and work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.

You will operate pallet jacks, reach lifts, and other equipment in a fast-paced environment, with weekend shifts and overtime as required. We value teamwork and safe, efficient handling of products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 95 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
• Must have safety shoes or steel/composite toes on day 1.
• Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees.
• Must be able to work the required schedule and overtime.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and selects various grocery, perishable and general merchandise.
• Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forklift
• Works in a fast paced environment with varying temperatures
• Assists other departments with work activities when required
• Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner
• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage
• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled
• Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet
