Job summary

UNFI in Green Bay, WI is seeking motivated full-time warehouse associates to support the operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for taking product off of shelves and getting all items ready for shipment, working at a fast pace while maintaining quality in your order fulfillment process.

You will receive training to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and reach lifts, moving product safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Lift up to 95 pounds; frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
• Safety shoes required on day 1.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees.
• Ability to work the required schedule and overtime.
• Good judgment is required when supervision may not be available.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and selects various grocery, perishable and general merchandise.
• Transports product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forklift.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
• Assists other departments with work activities when required.
• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
• Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled.
• Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet.
