Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a team-oriented individual for a 2nd shift at our San Bernardino distribution center. You will load/unload merchandise, verify orders, palletize items, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to adapt to changing duties. Full-time with competitive benefits and pay range $22.50–$26.00 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure accuracy and undamaged condition.
• Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise for relocation.
• Replenish pick areas as needed.
• Fill orders by moving merchandise to fulfill shipments.
• Unload merchandise onto trailers and ensure correct loading.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse.

General Summary

We are looking for a team player with proven retail distribution success to work in a fast-paced distribution center.

Essential Job Functions

• Load and unload merchandise
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure that ordered merchandise is as ordered and not damaged
• Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise to be relocated to appropriate area of distribution center
• Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or report various requests for needed merchandise
• Fills merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active location to conveyor, and/or slot to pallet or box to fill orders
• Unload merchandise onto trailers by moving merchandise from trailer to floor.
• Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
• Perform general housekeeping duties
