Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a reliable team player for a 3rd shift in a rapidly moving distribution center in San Bernardino, CA. The role involves loading, unloading, auditing merchandise, and relocating stock to designated areas.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, reliability on a 5:00 AM start, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time on-site role at our San Bernardino distribution facility.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise for accuracy and damage.

• Fill orders by moving merchandise to conveyors or pallets.
• Unload merchandise onto trailers and ensure correct loading.
• Perform general housekeeping and department-specific tasks.

Pay Rate

$22.50 plus $1.50 shift differential

General Summary

We are looking for a team player with proven retail distribution success to work in a fast-paced distribution center.

Essential Job Functions

• Load and unload merchandise
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure that ordered merchandise is as ordered and not damaged
• Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise to be relocated to appropriate area of distribution center
• Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or report various requests for needed merchandise
• Fills merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active location to conveyor, and/or slot to pallet or box to fill orders
• Unload merchandise onto trailers by moving merchandise from trailer to floor.
• Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Perform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment Department assignment will change depending on Distribution Center needs

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes as required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Pay Range: $22.50-26.00/hour
