Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Order Selector for our San Bernardino, CA distribution center to support fast-paced operations. You will select products from warehouse shelves according to orders and follow a Mon-Thu schedule from 4:00 p.m.

to 2:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour plus a $0.75 differential. Key tasks include loading and unloading, verifying merchandise, labeling and palletizing, operating electric pallet jacks, replenishing pick areas, and loading trailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to adapt to job duties and department changes.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise for accuracy and condition.
• Identify, label and palletize merchandise for relocation.
• Operate electric pallet jack and other equipment to move merchandise.
• Replenish pick areas as needed or per screens.
• Fill orders by selecting and moving merchandise to fulfill orders.
• Load merchandise onto trailers and scan items before loading.
• Ensure correct shipment and damage-free loading to trailers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and department-flexible tasks.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour plus $0.75 differential
We are seeking the following for current and future openings: Warehouse/Distribution Center Associates We are looking for a team player with proven retail distribution success to work in a fast-paced distribution center.
General Summary: Selecting products from warehouse shelves according to orders.

Essential Job Functions

• Load and unload merchandise
• Check, verify and audit merchandise to ensure that ordered merchandise is as ordered and not damaged
• Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise to be relocated to appropriate area of distribution center
• Operate electric pallet Jack and other equipment to move and store merchandise
• Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or report various requests for needed merchandise
• Fills merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active location to conveyor, and/or slot to pallet or box to fill orders
• Load merchandise onto trailers by moving merchandise from conveyor to trailer or from pallet to trailer. Scan non-conveyable or non-diverted merchandise prior to loading on trailer.
• Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Perform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment Department assignment will change depending on Distribution Center needs

Pay Range: $22.50-$26.00/hour
