As a Distribution Partner II, you'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment as part of a highly functioning Warehouse Team. You'll support each other, work towards common goals, and experience a physically demanding but fulfilling work environment. You'll perform general Warehouse Operations tasks, learn about multiple products and areas across H-E-B by selecting orders, stocking, or operating a forklift. These opportunities can serve as building blocks for a future career at H-E-B.

Work Details

Warehouse Operations:

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets for shipment
• Prioritizes accuracy and quality
• Performs tasks safely, following work instructions, and addresses safety issues proactively
• Assists colleagues by sharing technical, procedural, or facility knowledge
• Completes work efficiently to support on-time trailer releases
• Ensures productivity goals are met
• Operates equipment per SOPs to prevent damage
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment

Specific roles include:

• Order Selectors: Full case, Pick to Light
• Forklift Operators: Properly handling products from slots
• Loaders: Organized loading processes
• Automated Distribution: Managing end-to-end process flow

Stocking:

• Opens master cases, verifies products, and fills selection lanes

Candidate Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Experience in physically demanding jobs is a plus

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Ability to operate machinery safely and independently

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, stand, walk, and squat for extended periods
• Repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
• Work in cold environments if assigned to refrigerated or frozen facilities
• Extended shifts, including nights, holidays, and fluctuating hours
