Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to manage displays and ensure product availability on routes across South OKC, Newcastle, and Blanchard. You will drive a personal vehicle, stock shelves, and coordinate with customers to maintain optimal product levels.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong planning skills. Starting pay is hourly with additional bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job description

Job Location: Route covers South OKC, Newcastle, and Blanchard
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
