Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build product displays, manage shelf allocations, and ensure brands are available on customer routes in Oklahoma City area.

Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a personal vehicle on company routes. Shift starts early Thursday through Monday.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for business
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds as needed
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes
• Daily communication and problem resolution with customers, coworkers and shoppers

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
