Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Piedmont and NW OKC routes. You will build displays, manage shelf stock, and coordinate with customers on route needs.

A valid driver’s license and ability to use your own vehicle are required, with physical ability to lift 50+ pounds. Starting pay ranges from $18.36 to $22.07 per hour with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 5 days per week / 6:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.36 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
