Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in North OKC and Edmond is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are prominently displayed and consistently available for customers.

The role includes building displays, managing stock, POS advertising, and collaboration with store teams. Starting pay ranges from $17.83 to $22.07 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for business.
• Able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent planning, organization, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and prevent trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 5 Days per week / Variable start times / 40+ hours per week

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.83 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
