Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover OKC and surrounding areas. The role involves building product displays, maintaining shelf stock, and placing orders on existing routes. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM until route completion, with starting pay between $18.36 and $22.07 per hour.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, acceptable insurance, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. No prior merchandising experience is required, but preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.36 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
