Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Altus, TX, with route work across Lawton and Altus. Shifts run Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00 AM until the route is complete.

You will build product displays, place POS advertising, manage stock and rotation, and coordinate orders on active routes. This role requires reliability, planning, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.70 to $21.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
