Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to support retail locations in Wichita Falls and Vernon, TX. The role involves building displays, placing equipment, managing shelf space, and ensuring products are stocked across routes using a personal vehicle during business hours.

The position requires a valid drivers license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and prevent trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and problem solving with customers and coworkers.

Job Location: Wichita Falls and Vernon, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / Small Store format / Monday - Friday.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
