Job summary

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC team in Wichita Falls and Vernon, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build displays, place equipment, and ensure our beverages are always on-shelf and well-presented. Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour based on experience, with potential performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach above head height.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Daily communication with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job Location: Wichita Falls and Vernon, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / Small Store format / Monday - Friday.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
