Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Hobbs, NM. Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements; ensure shelf allocation and product rotation meet merchandising standards; manage stock levels.

This role runs Friday through Monday, 6:00 AM start until routes are completed. Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, with potential incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
