Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Carlsbad, NM is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are available on customer shelves. You will build displays, manage stock and coordinate with store teams.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50+ pounds, and be comfortable driving your own vehicle on business routes. We offer incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
