Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are visible and available in Annaville, Mathis and Beeville markets.

In this role you will build displays, manage shelf stock, coordinate with sales routes, and assist customers with product placement while complying with merchandising standards. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.07 to $22.71 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
