Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support our Remote Automation Solutions group in Lawrence, PA.

You will manage customer orders, coordinate proposals, and track resource plans to ensure on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years of related experience), strong written and oral communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while learning our internal business system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer service.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication; teamwork and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders and invoices.
• Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule).
• Confirm, communicate and monitor project resource plan (people, hours, allocation, 3rd party).
• Set up internal business systems (resources, invoice schedule).
• Assemble final project review (resource, product, financial).
• Implement customer satisfaction process and communicate with customers as necessary.
