Ingram Content Group in Jackson, TN is seeking an Order Processor to join the Operations team in distribution. You will pick, verify and pack customer orders using the PKMS system and RF scanners to ensure accuracy.

We value reliability, the ability to work a full shift in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to learn new processes. This position offers a daytime schedule with overtime as needed and pays $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous work experience.
• At least 6 months experience with walking, lifting, bending and related physical tasks.
• Ability to navigate the PKMS warehouse system.
• Strong attention to detail in picking and packing processes.
• Ability to move carts weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to multitask and adapt to workload.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• Must meet department production rate.
• Able to bend, squat full shift and use a step stool.
• Overtime availability.

What You'll Need:

• 1 year of continuous work experience
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

Ability to navigate our warehouse operating system PKMS

Attention to detail – evaluating shortages, identify damages, proper cart setup for picking process

Ability to move push/pull carts (up to 70lbs force)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be flexible and multitask based on workload demands

Ability to work independently or in a group environment

Ability to maintain reliable attendance

Ability to meet and maintain the departmental production rate

Ability to bend and squat full shift.

Ability to use a step stool full shift.

Able to work overtime.

What You'll Do:

• Pick/verify
• Pulland packproducts as identified on automated order processing system to fulfill customer orders
• Batch picking– Pick multiple orders simultaneously.
• Single-order picking– Pick one order at a time.
• Verify accuracy– Scan barcodes or manually confirm the right items were picked.
• Tools used– Paper, Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners and Vision HUDs to process tasks
• Meeting productivity goals:Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and following company procedures.
