You will work with internal teams, maintain precise records, and ensure orders are packaged and shipped on schedule. The ideal candidate enjoys detail-oriented work and has solid experience with order management systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in order processing or similar role.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Experience with order management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and process customer and wholesale orders using internal systems.
• Verify order details including SKUs, quantities, pricing, and addresses.
• Check inventory and communicate shortages to operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners to ship on time.
• Monitor open orders and update shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate order records and prepare shipping docs.
• Support retail order processing per customer requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and organize records.
• Proactively report errors, delays, and questions to management.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21–$26/hour, based on experience
• 2 weeks of paid time off annually, accrued from the first day and available for use after 90 days
• 10 paid company holidays

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and process customer and wholesale orders using internal order management systems.
• Verify order details, including SKUs, quantities, pricing, shipping addresses, and required delivery dates.
• Check inventory availability and communicate shortages or discrepancies to the operations team.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time.
• Monitor open orders, update shipment tracking, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and prepare shipping and order documentation.
• Support retail order processing, following customer-specific requirements and procedures.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, including organizing records, preparing labels and materials, and reviewing paperwork.
• Proactively communicate errors, delays, and order-related questions to management.
