Sears is hiring a Part-time Immediate Hiring Appointment Setter in Salt Lake City. As a Home Solutions Advisor, you will approach members and customers to schedule no-cost in-home estimates for home improvement products, and assist at trade shows to generate leads.

Starting pay is $10.25 per hour. Must be a high school graduate and at least 18. You should be persuasive, self-motivated, able to write legibly, and capable of standing or walking for extended periods; flexible schedule required.

• Ability to persuade, with minimum selling skills.

Responsibilities

• From time to time, attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.

As a Home Solutions Advisor, (HSA) you will work in our local retail Sears store. Your primary objective will be to approach our members and customers and provide them with the opportunity to schedule a no cost no obligation estimate in their home for any of the home improvement products of their choice. From time to time there will be opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.
