Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bloomington, CA is hiring a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role involves safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading, and moving palletized materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.

1st shift (M-F, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) starts at $19.00 per hour; 2nd shift (M-F, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) pays $19.50 per hour. Candidates with forklift experience, safety focus, and ability to use RF scanners are encouraged to apply.

Education Requirements

• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.


• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.


• 2 years experience in Stand Up Reach or Cherry Picker

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.


• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.


• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.


• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.


• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
