Job summary

Lehan Drugs Inc. in DeKalb, IL is seeking a customer-oriented professional to join our team. This role supports patient, physician, and facility communications, ensuring our 24/72/24-hour promise is upheld and orders are correctly processed.

Responsibilities include clean sales order creation and dispensing, doctor line calls, and processing general respiratory orders. Attendance at weekly team meetings is expected, along with other duties as assigned in a dynamic community pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

• The ideal candidate will display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information through speech and writing, problem solving skills, conflict resolution, high level of attention to detail, process adherence, and process improvement
• Conflict resolution with customers/providers is vital in this seat.
• The ability to work independently and as a team.
