TEKsystems is hiring for an Order Processing Representative in St. Cloud, MN!

MUST HAVES:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR
• 1 year of office setting experience

Description:

1. Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
2. Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
3. Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
4. Understand, demonstrate, and explain service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies, and jurisdictional requirements.
5. Make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, and financial results.
6. Challenge existing procedures and processes, and suggest improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits: The pay range is $20.55/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment specifics and may include:
