This is a permanent remote position. Must be located on either Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you are on MST or PST and able to travel during the first week.
The Order Processing & Returns Team ensures timely and accurate processing of customer orders and returns, managing the flow from receipt to shipment, and working effectively with customers and departments to fulfill our "Light Made Easy" promise.
