Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a reliable Warehouse Order Picker, Packer & Receiver to support daily warehouse operations in the United States. You will receive shipments, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and organization.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, inspecting products, applying labels, and assisting with inventory. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts as trained.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count and identify products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills are preferred.
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not necessary.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Verify products, quantities, and shipment information against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Accurately pick products based on customer orders and picking lists.
• Double-check product quantities, descriptions, and order information before packing.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels and other required documentation.
• Load and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
