Capstone-Logistics,-LL is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (8:00am–finish) in Rogers, MN. The role requires handling freight, organizing shipments, and operating pallet jacks and forklifts to support efficient inbound and outbound flows.

You'll work Sunday through Thursday, keeping a clean, safe work environment, meeting productivity standards, and following safety procedures. Prior warehouse or freight experience is a plus, with training provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or freight handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Sort and organize shipments by destination in the facility
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ensure freight is handled with care to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Meet productivity and performance standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
