Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the team. You will use a voice-directed system to pick full-case dry, cool, or frozen products in a multi-temperature warehouse and build pallets for loading.

The position offers $20/hour, a Monday–Thursday shift (2pm until work is done), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k. Career advancement is available after 6 months, with recognition as a Certified Great Place to Work 2025.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related warehouse experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs regularly.
• GED or HS Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, free of damage.
• Build orders according to load tickets.
• Shrink wrap and label orders.
• Move completed orders to loading dock/trailer.
• Operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack, walkie).
• Receive inbound products and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and sanitation duties.
• Follow safety policies to meet productivity targets.
