Job summary

QCD Seattle is hiring a Full-Time Dry Picker to support our last-mile distribution network. You will use Vocollect headsets to select orders by voice, ensure correct packaging, and safely operate warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with teammates to reach daily goals.

This role requires one year of warehouse experience (preferred), forklift experience, and availability for the 6:00 a.m. shift with overtime. Weekly pay and benefits begin within 30 days.

Qualifications

• One year of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Order-selection experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with material-handling equipment including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work the 6:00 a.m. shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use Vocollect headsets to accurately select orders based on voice instructions.
• Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
