Job summary

Cavalier Distributing is seeking an Order Picker Team Lead for our Indiana warehouse. This full-time role is Monday through Friday, roughly 3:00pm until work is complete, with occasional weekend shifts announced 2 weeks in advance.

The Team Lead manages shipping (pickers) and office operations and partners with the Operations Manager to drive productivity and safety. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years supply chain experience; proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn new programs (Encompass a plus).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping operations (pickers) and office operations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to set goals and improve productivity and safety.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure on-time fulfillment and quality.
