The warehouse is currently seeking a Order Picker Team Lead. This full-time position is Monday through Friday working approximately 3:00pm until all work is complete. (Almost no weekends. There are 3-4 weekends each year where we may require a weekend shift. We will let you know 2 weeks in advance if you will be required to work a weekend.)
The Team Lead is responsible for the success, productivity, and quality of supply chain distribution within the warehouse, and ensuring a safe and efficient place to work. The Team Lead's responsibilities include: Shipping Operations (Pickers), and/or Office Operations (e.g., Routers, Analysts, General Office Associates). The Team Lead works with the Operations Manager to develop strategies and objectives toward maximizing productivity. The Team Lead must, solve problems, and lead by engaging both their teams and themselves in the continuous pursuit of progress. Delegation is key by achieving their goals through teamwork and embracing and aligning their respective teams with the Operations Manager’s objectives.
