Novolex is seeking a dedicated Order Picker for our Ohio warehouse team. The role involves accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong attention to detail. Experience in a warehouse or shipping setting is a plus, with standup forklift experience preferred. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Standup forklift preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software is a plus.
• Excellent communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders per customer requests and shipping schedules.
• Verify items against order lists for completeness and correctness.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
