Job summary

Cavalier Distributing is seeking an Order Picker Team Lead to oversee warehouse shipping operations and team performance in our Indianapolis facility. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, roughly 3:00pm until completion, with rare weekend shifts announced in advance.

You will drive safety, productivity, and quality by coaching staff, managing WMS use, slotting, and equipment, and partnering with the Operations Manager to meet daily objectives while maintaining a positive, compliant

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of commensurate supply chain experience or equivalent.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel software applications.
Experience with change management and driving improvement through communication.
Technology background and ability to learn new programs quickly; Encompass a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing to ensure operational and safety excellence.
Safe environment and culture promotion through ongoing training, team engagement, and regular review.
Efficient operation of WMS (warehouse management systems) and equipment.
