Tommy’s is looking for an Order Picker/Packer for our warehouse in Holland, MI. You will assist in picking, packing, and shipping daily and equipment orders. Quality control is a priority to ensure accurate orders. Job duties include picking, packing, quality control, shipping, loading trucks, and general warehouse tasks.

Position Responsibilities

1. Pick finished products/parts as indicated on orders.
2. Measure box dimensions and weights.
3. Prepare documentation and photos for the fulfillment team.
4. Ship via UPS, LTL freight, full truckload, and internationally.
5. Assemble car wash equipment as assigned.
6. Assist with warehouse activities.
7. Operate forklifts.
8. Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Attributes

1. Neat, organized, with attention to detail.
2. Comfortable with technology and operating office equipment.
3. 1 year forklift experience.
4. Physically able to load/unload trucks, stand, move quickly, and lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
6. Pass pre-employment drug, physical, and lift tests.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role is in a warehouse environment with standard office and warehouse equipment. Must be able to stand, lift, move, and operate equipment as described, often in various weather conditions.
