Position Overview

The Perk/Packaging Operator produces and packages syrup/extract batches, adhering to GMP and safety procedures, aligned with Finlays Solutions’ mission and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Produce syrup batches, perk ground coffee, and test products as specified.
• Package extracts in various containers.
• Document all raw material lot numbers and downtime.
• Operate in line with GMPs, Food Safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical inclination and understanding of production environments.
• Skills in food safety, mathematical conversions, attention to detail, and quality consciousness.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse/Production setting with fluctuating temperatures and noise.
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, stand for entire shift, and lift up to 85 pounds.
