Baffio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Order Picker Packer to join our team in the United States. You will handle the full shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to be part of a growing e-commerce operation that ships to customers nationwide. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders.
• Distribute packages internally.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom.
• Plan for arrival of incoming packages and ensure space to store them.
• Document products shipped and received.
• Resolve any issues or incorrect orders.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and internal procedures.
• Carefully review orders for accuracy.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in rotation.
• Fill customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms and packing slips.

Order Picker and Packer Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders

• Careful reviewing of orders for accuracy
• Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to certain packing slips and correct shipping weight.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Picker Packer or in a similar role
• High school diploma/GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
