In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, packing customer orders, labeling shipments, and preparing products for distribution. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking

Order Picking

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders, packing slips, and work instructions.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details before packing.
• Ensure correct products are selected and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily production goals.

Packing Operations

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping and transportation.
• Select appropriate packaging materials based on product requirements.
• Ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
• Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing.

Labeling & Shipping Preparation

• Weigh completed packages using warehouse scales.
• Apply shipping labels, barcode labels, and routing information accurately.
• Tape and seal boxes according to shipping requirements.
• Verify shipment information and documentation before release.

Palletizing & Material Handling

• Stack and organize completed orders onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Prepare pallets for transportation and shipment.
• Move materials, products, and completed orders throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and staging shipments when required.

Quality Control

• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or packing issues.
• Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Help reduce shipping errors by verifying order contents before shipment.

Warehouse Support

• Rotate between picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping.
• Support daily operational goals and productivity initiatives.
• Complete additional warehouse duties assigned by supervisors.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or workplace incidents immediately.
• Maintain compliance with all company quality and safety standards.
