Job summary

Design Ready Controls is seeking an Order Picker to support production by performing RF-based order picking, kitting parts, and updating inventory. You will deliver parts to the production line and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

This is a first-shift, on-site role in Oklahoma City with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), forklift experience (certification provided), RF scanner familiarity, and ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (required).
• Forklift driving experience - internal certification provided (preferred).
• RF Scanner experience (preferred).
• ERP experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Use hand RF scanner for order picking/kitting parts, steel and panel enclosures for specific to jobs
• Update the Inventory Control System and data entry
• Process warehouse parts into inventory with both consigned and non-consigned parts
• Perform cycle counts
• Learn how to perform the shortage report, warehouse transfers, aftermarket and drives.
• Train and learn how to use the stand-up, sit down forklifts and the Big Joe
• Deliver parts to production line(s) as directed
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean and efficient work area
• Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required
• Identify and assist in process improvement measures
