Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker at Grove City, OH to support warehouse operations on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will ensure accurate picking of customer orders, perform quality checks, verify stock, repackage orders, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Candidates should read, count, and perform basic math, use a ring scanner, and communicate effectively within a team. Experience in pick/packing is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a ring scanner.
• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals.

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
• Experience in Pick/Packing
