Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Grove City, OH. The role supports receiving, staging, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities on the 1st shift, with overtime as needed. You will operate MHE equipment, follow safety rules, and contribute to a clean and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Stage incoming shipments with MHE equipment.
• Prepare/breakdown inbound shipment for validation.
• Put away products into correct locations via MHE equipment.
• Pull orders accurately via paper/electronic orders via MHE equipment.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials.
• Pack, crate, and ship products to distribution centers or lines.

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Grove City, OH.

Work Authorization:

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Unload/Stage incoming shipments with various MHE equipment.
• Prepare/breakdown inbound shipment for accuracy validation
• Put away of product into correct locations via MHE equipment
• Pull orders accurately via paper/electronic orders via MHE equipment.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash containers, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties
• Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials
• Fills requisitions and orders
• Packs, crates, and ships products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line
• May operate warehouse equipment

Your Shift:

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime as required

You Must Have:

• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments
• Familiar with basic computer operations
• Basic Math and Reading Skills
• Ability to work as a team member and independently

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Prior warehouse/receiving experience
