Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker to join the Grove City, OH team. This role focuses on accurate order picking, quality checks, and maintaining stock availability and clean working conditions.

The position runs on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with potential for growth as Taylor continues to expand. DailyPay and day-one benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a ring scanner.
• Able to read, count accurately and do simple math.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals.
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of picking customer orders
• Perform quality checks
• Verifies stock availability and stock shelves
• Repackage orders
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Cleans and maintains a safe working environment
• Maintains related records
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
