Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker to join the team in Grove City, OH. This role supports accurate order picking, quality checks, stock verification, and safe workflow in a fast-paced environment.

The position features 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with a daily start at 6:30am and end around 3:00pm. DailyPay is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package. Authorized US work status is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a ring scanner and manual equipment; operate powered material handling equipment.
• Able to read and count accurately; perform simple math.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join the team in Grove City, OH.

Work Authorization

To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensures accuracy of picking customer orders
• Perform quality checks
• Verifies stock availability and stock shelves
• Repackage orders
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Cleans and maintains a safe working environment
• Maintains related records

Your Shift:

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

You Must Have:

• Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)
• Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
• Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to multi task

Certification Required for equipment Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• 2 years Experience in Pick/Packing
