DRiV Incorporated in Arkansas seeks an Order Picker for 2nd shift to fill customer orders with accuracy and speed. You will sign into the OLEC voice-pick system, decide packaging vs dock routing, and ensure proper stacking of all orders to meet delivery commitments.
Qualified candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, provide eligibility to work in the US, and communicate effectively with teammates.
Schedule: 2nd shift (M-F 3pm to 11pm with some mandatory overtime and weekends)

To perform this job successfully, an individual MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check and be able perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. All employees must be able to hear communication via a digital headset with or without assistance and be able to communicate with teammates and management as required.
High school diploma OR general education degree (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Forklift Driver Certification not required upon initial hire, but must be obtained after employment is offered

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
All employees are required to wear assigned PPE when entering the distribution center. The employee must maintain a clean and safe work area using all safety equipment, safety glasses with side shields, steel-toed safety shoes, guards, report all safety violations, and report any accidents, injuries immediately Employees must perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all safety rules and instructions.
