Taylor Corporation is seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our Jeffersonville, IN facility. You will operate a turret truck to accurately pick and prepare customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

You must be able to read, count accurately, and perform basic math, with the ability to work at heights as needed. We offer paid DailyPay and long-term opportunities with overtime and weekend shifts as required.

Your Shift:

1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as required

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced Order Picker to join our Jeffersonville, IN, facility. In this role, you will operate a turret truck to accurately pick and prepare customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders
• Perform quality checks
• Verify stock availability and stock shelves
• Repackage orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records related to orders and inventory

You Must Have:

• Experience using a ring scanner, manual equipment, and powered material-handling equipment, such as an order picker or lift
• Willingness to train on and operate a turret truck
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet
• Ability to read, count accurately, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while supporting department goals
• Ability to communicate effective and work as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to obtain and maintain the certifications required to operate powered equipment

Requirements Within This Position:

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including printed materials
• Frequently required to move throughout the facility
• Regularly required to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 pounds or more

Compensation

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 per hour . The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or performs the job.

The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
