Job summary

Taylor Corporation, a growing family-owned company, seeks a 2nd shift Shipping Clerk for its Jeffersonville, IN facility. Join a team that values opportunity and security, with benefits available from day one and a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift including occasional overtime.

You will perform quality checks, process orders, and prepare shipping documents using PC-based systems, while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of each order.
• Check-in orders.
• Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers.
• Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Maintain a clean working environment and maintain equipment needed to ship orders timely.
• Follow safety requirements for the position.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Opportunity

Taylor Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility!

Work Authorization

To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Shift

2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday with occasional overtime/weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of each order.
• Check-in orders.

• Experience in Pick/Packing.
