Job summary

Staffmark is hiring Order Pickers in Elgin, IL. This fast-paced warehouse role runs Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.50 to $19.50 per hour.

You will load/unload trailers, scan and move merchandise, build pallets, pick and pack orders, and perform cycle counts, all while adhering to cGMP and safety procedures. Great benefits and opportunities to grow.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to move between warehouse functions as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to follow dress-code and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers.
• Scan, label, and move merchandise.
• Build pallets and prepare products for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and sort orders.
• Re-bag and re-ticket merchandise.
• Replenish and stock products.
• Verify product quantities and locations.
• Enter data using computers and RF scanners.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Support shipping, receiving, and re-warehousing.
• Respond to product and service inquiries.
• Maintain equipment, pallets, slips, and department supplies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow cGMP, safety, and operating procedures.
