Job summary

Staffmark Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Order Picker for a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, as well as picking, packing, and prepping orders efficiently.

Compensation is set at $18.00 per hour with medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) options, and opportunities for growth.

Now hiring Order Picker

Location: Romeoville, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, sort and move gear
• Pick, pack, and prep orders so they're ready to roll
• Track everything with a handheld scanner - training included
• Safely operate material handling equipment (including Electric pallet jacks)
• Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep moving
• Play it safe and keep the workspace clean
• Be reliable - show up, clock in, and grind it out
• Stay sharp - one detail missed slows everyone down
• Willing to learn and take direction to get better
• Be a team player who backs up the crew
• Stay flexible with shifts, overtime, or new tasks
