Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring an Order Picker in Fontana, CA. This role involves inspecting, assembling, and packing products with care to meet quality standards and production goals each shift.

You will use RF scanners and warehouse systems while working across multiple shifts with daytime and overnight options. Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are valued, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick and gather products using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking technology.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and verify item numbers and quantities.
• Pack, wrap, and label products for safe shipment.
• Stage completed orders for shipping and transportation.
• Process inventory transactions using warehouse systems, ERP software, SAP, or handheld scanners.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when authorized.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and complete additional duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

All Days Available: 6 AM - 2 PM

• Shift 1 Sunday - Thursday
• Shift 2 Tuesday - Saturday
• Shift 3 Monday - Friday
• Shift 4 Sunday - Monday + Thursday - Saturday

All Nights Available: 2 PM - 6 AM

• Shift 1 Sunday - Wednesday
• Shift 2 Tuesday - Saturday
• Shift 3 Monday - Friday
• Shift 4 Sunday - Monday + Thursday - Friday

Physical Capabilities

• Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying tasks
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
