As a vital part of our team, the Order Picker works closely with inventory managers, logistics personnel, and customers to fulfill daily order requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. The individual in this role must possess a keen attention to detail, handling various products and packaging them correctly for purchase. Professionalism, physical stamina for repetitive tasks, and a strong commitment to safety standards are essential. Successful Order Pickers contribute significantly to our overall productivity and success, helping us meet customer demands and enhance service delivery.

Duties

1. Utilize hand-held devices or RF scanners to identify and track inventory.
2. Verify product quantities and inspect for damages before packing.
3. Maintain organization of the stock area to improve efficiency.
4. Adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating machinery.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
6. Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
8. Report discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors promptly.
9. Communicate effectively with team members regarding order updates and delays.
10. Stay informed about company policies, best practices, and changes related to order picking and inventory management.

Required Qualifications
