Location/Division Specific Information: Our PPD Laboratory Services team has a direct impact on improving patient health through the expertise of scientists, industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts. This will be located on-site in West Chester, OH. The shifts available are:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 9AM-6:30PM ET
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM ET

Discover Impactful Work: As a Kit Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the flawless production and distribution of laboratory kits, supporting high standards of quality and reliability.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate, support, and perform logistics and administrative work for the department.
  • Support the management of study drugs, comparators, and ancillaries.
  • Ensure activities comply with good practices and client requirements.
  • Participate in training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.
  • Support department projects and serve as a liaison cross-functionally.
  • Oversee receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, inventory, distribution, return, and destruction of drugs and medical devices.
  • Maintain accurate data in electronic systems and track inventory and expiration dates.

Keys to Success:

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent; technical certificates may be required.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training.
  • Proficient in English, with strong computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word).
  • Understanding of clinical supply processes.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Includes standing, lifting 15-40 pounds, working in healthcare or lab environments, and handling high-pressure situations.
